Organizations
Who sees which mailboxes, and who can change what.
An organization holds mailboxes, its AI provider, agent bots, skills and MCP servers. Members share its mailboxes.
Roles
| Role | Can |

| Member | Read and manage the organization's mailboxes and mail, use the assistant. |
| Owner | Everything a member can, plus rename or delete the organization and change its AI provider, bots, skills and MCP servers. |
| Super user | Sees and manages every organization. The account named in the server's SUPER_USER. |
Someone else's organization, mailbox or mail answers as not found, never as forbidden.
Deleting
Deleting an organization moves it to the trash, where the owner can restore it. Delete for good removes it and everything in it.
Activity log
Each organization keeps an audit log of what happened in it: mailboxes connected, mail sent, settings changed. You also have your own log under Control Center › Security. Entries are kept for a year by default.
